    Hi,

Access msinfor32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here?

What sound driver do you have? Check in Device Manager under the Sound, video and game controllers tab > take a screenshot and post it here.

Go to settings > system > troubleshoot > Other troubleshoot > audio

    Thanks

If your audio works with headphones but not through your laptop's speakers, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Audio Settings: Ensure that the laptop's speakers are set as the default playback device. You can do this by right-clicking the sound icon in the system tray, selecting "Playback devices," and ensuring the speakers are enabled and set as default.
    2. Device Manager: Open Device Manager and check if your audio drivers are installed and functioning correctly. If not, you may need to update or reinstall the audio drivers.
    3. Playing Audio Troubleshooter: Run the Playing Audio troubleshooter. You can find this in the Settings app under System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. This can help identify and fix common audio problems.
    4. Check Volume Levels: Make sure that the volume is turned up and not muted. Sometimes, the speakers may be muted or set to a very low volume.
    5. Check for Disabled Devices: In the Sound Control Panel, right-click in the background and check "Show Disabled Devices". If your speakers are disabled, enable them.
    6. USB Audio Issues: If you are using USB audio devices, ensure they are connected to a different USB port if you experience issues, as sometimes power issues can affect audio output.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to check for any hardware issues or consider reaching out to your laptop manufacturer for further assistance.
