Currently I have no audio output. I ran troubleshooter and it said it was the device drivers. I have followed the instructions working through the device manager and was tying to uninstall the audio driver and then would reinstall them. I can't get to the drop down to uninstall the drivers. No choice is offered. How do I proceed?

    Hi,

Access msinfor32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot and post it here?

What sound driver do you have? Check in Device Manager under the Sound, video and game controllers tab > take a screenshot and post it here.

Go to settings > system > troubleshoot > Other troubleshoot > audio

Check if you have the KB5077181 update.

Start menu > Settings > Windows Updates > Update history

    Thanks

Is there an agent that could assist me?
