Part of the code is scratched off. I can't see the full code to enter. I've purchased the download but can't see the full code.
I went back to the retailer and they said to contact Microsoft since they had already activated the code.

If part of your product key for Office Home 2024 is scratched off and you cannot see the full code, you may need to contact the seller or the retailer from whom you purchased the software. They should be able to assist you in retrieving the complete product key or provide a replacement if the key is unreadable. Additionally, ensure that you check any packaging or emails related to your purchase, as the key might be listed there as well.
