Can't connect my domain to my 365 business account

In the Admin section of my 365 business account, when I try to add a domain by clicking on the "use this domain" button I immediately get an error message. I also tried to get a new domain on the "byu a new domain" section and i immediately get an error message.

Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

    Is there a specific error code or a "Correlation ID" (a long string of numbers and letters) showing up in that error message? If you provide that, I can give you a much more surgical solution. Please help me by sending a screenshot error message.
