Power Automate - Get Items from Updated Sharepoint List

Hello Everyone!

I am working on a workflow that has successfully sent and email once an item was modified in a SharePoint list. There was change in a notes column from optional to required. Status changes have verifiably made in SharePoint list settings, Form field setting and column setting. However, I am receiving the following error when running the workflow:

I have done the following troubleshoot recommendations:

Review all mandatory fields of the specific item. (Does it matter if other items in the list are required and not submitted yet?)

Recreate the Power Automate action

Add a filter query (workaround). It would not allow me to put this as a filter query.

Any suggestions on how to resolve?
