Bing Places for Business - Verification Problem

I'm setting up a new business page in bing places for business.

My only option to get a verification pin is mail (not email!).

I select it and it fails

Unable to send verification code

We couldn't complete your request for a verification PIN. Error code 422, potential reason: We couldn't verify your address. Please check your information and try again. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.

Closer inspection, my state abbreviation is T, not TN. Ok, edit profile and fix right!

Nope, Can't edit profile until its verified.

You will be able to add or update your business information once your business is verified
