Want Microsoft to stop the subscription and notify the credit card folks to take off the charge

To stop your Microsoft 365 annual subscription, you can cancel it through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. If you're using the Simplified view, select Subscriptions. If you're using the Dashboard view, go to Billing > Your products.
3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
4. In the Subscription and payment settings section, select Cancel subscription.
5. Choose whether you want to cancel immediately or before the next renewal date, then follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you are outside the grace period for cancellation, you will need to turn off recurring billing instead, which will prevent future charges but keep your access until the end of the subscription term.

For any charges already made to your credit card, you may need to contact your credit card issuer to dispute the charge if you believe it was unauthorized after cancellation.
