Open OneDrive or SharePoint online and locate the shared folder or file. Select Manage Access or Sharing. You will see a list of people who currently have access. From there, remove any past committee members individually or change the link permissions so that only current members can access the files.
After removing users, make sure that any shared links are either updated or restricted, so old members cannot access the content via a previously shared link. This ensures only current committee members retain access.
