    Hi AlanStephenson-6573,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum!

I understand how stressful and concerning this situation can be, especially when you notice unexpected or duplicate charges related to a Microsoft 365 business subscription.

Based on the details you shared, it does appear that the charges may have been processed more than once or without your awareness, which understandably raises concerns about unauthorized billing.

Please note that, as a forum moderator, I do not have the ability to access backend billing systems or review transaction details on your account. Because billing investigations require account level verification and internal review, the best way forward is to contact Microsoft Support directly so the issue can be reviewed by the appropriate Billing team.

For Microsoft 365 business subscriptions, support requests can be submitted through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This allows Microsoft Support to validate the transaction IDs, confirm the source of the charges, and advise on the next steps, including any refund options if applicable.

You can refer to Microsoft’s official guidance on how to get help and support here: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

Hope this helps and I hope you understand the role of forum support in this situation. Once you have contacted Microsoft Support, any updates you can share here may help provide additional context for the discussion.
