I have paid the annual subscription, with tax total $106.99, but I keep getting reminders to update my payment method. I have two emails one with outlook and one with gmail; I don't know if that's the issue.

    Hello !

You might have two Microsoft accounts, each with their own subscription. Do you remember creating two different Microsoft accounts ? Check your two addresses if you have emails from Microsoft.
If you need to check if you need to update your payment method, you'll have to go on your Microsoft account dashboard : https://account.microsoft.com/services
This is your single source of truth.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

If you are receiving reminders to update your payment method despite having paid for your annual subscription, it could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Multiple Accounts: If you have two different email accounts (one with Outlook and one with Gmail), it's possible that the subscription is linked to one email account, and the reminders are being sent to the other. Make sure you are checking the correct account associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription.
    2. Billing Information: Ensure that your billing information is up to date in the account associated with your subscription. Sometimes, even if you have paid, the system may prompt you to update your payment method if there are discrepancies.
    3. Subscription Status: Check the status of your subscription to confirm that it is active and that there are no issues with the payment processing. You can do this by logging into your Microsoft account and reviewing your subscriptions.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance to resolve any billing issues.
