Hello,

I am a current graduate student at McGill University. I am trying to redeem the Microsoft 365 + LinkedIn Premium student promotional offer. Automatic academic verification failed for my university email. This could be because my email format is correct but Microsoft cannot confirm enrollment automatically, or the promo system glitches.

I can provide proof of enrollment if needed.

Could you please help with manual academic verification? Thank you.

Sorry for this unwanted experience that you're encountering. In case you cannot activate your LinkedIn Premium membership, please wait a complete 24 hours before attempt the alternative verification again.

In situations like these, human review process maybe more reliable. Therefore, I suggest you choose to upload documentary proof over other methods. You can do so by clicking the link for "Use a different method" and then click the link for "Upload documentary proof".

Note: You must enter your personal (non-Edu) email address, not the school email address in the Profile section - email address.
