My Outlook E-mail is showing MY REAL NAME that i DID NOT SET and I want to remove it.

As above.

How this happaned? I don't know.

I have NEVER correlated / linked the two together.

I have contacted 'support' THREE times; absolutely unhelpful and request I contact "outlook support" which DOES NOT exist. It log-in loops me into NOTHING.

    What name do you see when you log into your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/profile ? That is the name used for email. You can change it to something else.

    If your real name is not the display name, where did you see your real name? If in a message from someone, they have your real name and address in their contacts.
