I've tried everything to regain access to my email, but I always get this error message from Microsoft.

Could someone help me with this task or tell me how to solve it?

    Hi,

Please note that account recovery requires detailed information about the account. In this situation, it is best for the recovery process to be completed by the account owner themselves.

I understand that the account owner receiving the message 'Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now.' when trying to log in. This usually appears due to unusual activity, a high volume of requests, or similar issues.

First, I suggest that the account owner reset the password and try again: https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

If the issue persists, make sure they are using a device and location they previously used to sign in. Try using a different verification method, such as an alternate email instead of SMS (or vice versa). They can also switch networks by using Wi-Fi or mobile data. Avoid making repeated attempts. In some cases, waiting 24 hours or even up to a week may help resolve the issue. For further assistance, use the sign-in helper tool to identify the problem and explore available support options.
