According to the image, your Xbox profile and Microsoft Store account do not match.
If you have created multiple Microsoft accounts, please make sure you sign in to the Microsoft Store using the same Microsoft account that is linked to your Xbox profile.
The message also says that your Rockstar Games account is already linked to another account in the Xbox PC app. Do you recall anything about this?
Additionally, is the email address shown in the image actually your email address?
If not, there is a possibility that your account has been hacked.
