    Dear @S0305621

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific account directly. Because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

To provide you with better support, could you please help me answer a few questions below:

Could you help me check Outlook Web and the New Outlook to see if you are experiencing the same issue there?

Do you have the Outlook app on your phone? Please check if the issue happens there as well.

What type of account are you using? (Exchange/IMAP/POP)

You mentioned that you aren't receiving any mail at all, does that mean you aren't even receiving emails from people within your own organization?

If you receive mail on your phone/web browser, then the problem is the Outlook Desktop App.

If you don't receive mail anywhere, then the problem is the Mail Server or Storage Quota.

With your help, I will try to pinpoint the exact issue you are facing.

I look forward to your support and response!

If you are able to send emails but not receive them, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

    1. Check Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails may be directed to the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders for any missing emails.
    2. Email Rules: Verify if there are any rules set up in your email account that might be diverting incoming emails to a different folder or the RSS feed. You can check this in your Outlook settings.
    3. Mail Flow Issues: There could be issues with mail flow that might be affecting your account. You can use the automated troubleshooting tools provided by Microsoft 365 to identify and fix email delivery issues. This includes checking your domain's MX records and ensuring they are set up correctly.
    4. Account Settings: Ensure that your account settings are correct and that your email account is properly configured in Outlook. If necessary, you can remove and re-add your email account to refresh the settings.
    5. Check with Sender: Sometimes, the issue might be on the sender's side. Ask them to check if they are receiving any bounce-back messages when they try to send you an email.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
