Being charged sales tax in Oregon

I moved from Tennessee to Oregon and changed my address but I'm still getting charged sales tax. My shipping and billing addresses are both Oregon. This seems to be a major problem according to multiple other people, so you need to fix this please! And I also want a refund for the sales tax you've charged me for the last four months. I have clicked all over and can't seem to find a way to contact Microsoft directly - I don't want the robots help - I want a human being to tell me how to get this issue resolved immediately.

    Hi SG

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and thank you for your question.

I would need some more information regarding your question, please kindly follow these questions below so that we can work on this together:

    1. Which Microsoft account is being charged? (Personal Microsoft account email vs. work/school account)
    2. When did you update your address to Oregon, and where was it updated? (Microsoft account profile, Microsoft 365 subscription page, Microsoft Store, or all of the above)
    3. Can you confirm the exact billing address currently shown on your subscription invoice? (City, state, ZIP — as displayed on the invoice, not what was entered)

Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your time
