Good evening, my account was hacked. It does not allow me to change the language of the page and it does not allow me to delete the account. What can I do? It constantly sends a threatening email.image

    Hi Victoria Gutierrez Fajardo,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.

I am sorry you are dealing with this. If your Outlook.com account was compromised, please try the steps below.

    1. Change the display language

    • Based on your screenshot, please select "Chung" > "Ngôn ngữ và thời gian" > "Ngôn ngữ", choose your preferred language, then click "Lưu".

    2. Report the threatening email(s)

    • Select the message, choose Report, then select Report junk or Report phishing (you can also block the sender).

    3. If you want to delete/close the Microsoft account

    Note:

    • If you recently had to reset your security info, Microsoft may require a 60‑day wait before you can close the account.
    • To help prevent this from happening again, please turn on two-step verification (2FA) in your Microsoft account security settings.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any further updates, thanks.
