Hi Team,

Greetings of the day!!IMG20260223105134 - Copy.jpg

I wanted to inform you about an issue I faced during my GitHub Copilot exam today. I had completed all the required system checks yesterday and again this morning. Everything was working fine before launching the exam.

When the exam started, the proctor informed me that a background application was running. As instructed, I closed all applications, ended tasks from the Task Manager, and ensured no background processes were running. However, the proctor still reported an issue. I followed all her steps, and finally, she asked me to restart the laptop and relaunch the exam.

After restarting, when I attempted to launch the exam through OnVUE, the access code repeatedly showed as invalid. I tried multiple times, but it would not accept the access code at all. Because of this technical issue, I was unable to begin the exam, and the allotted time eventually expired.

I have attached the screenshots for your reference.

Best regards,

Krishnateja
