renewed office 365 but still showing expired

paid for on the settings resubscribe office 365 family then even update premium but it still showing expired regardless of rebooting or having setup for auto billing.

    Hi,

    Please check the subscription page to confirm whether your Microsoft 365 is active.

    If it is active, please sign out of your Microsoft 365 account, then close your Microsoft app. Make sure MS 365 is not running in the background. Open the app again, then sign in to the account where you have renewed your Microsoft 365 subscription.
