Access denied to onedrive. its a new subscription

Hi Sir,

We have subscribed new family plan and we are not able to login to the drive. sense last week onwards we trying to reach your team there no any option.

kindly request to support here. its very support.

    I understand you can't access OneDrive and receive the access denied screen.

    Are you using OneDrive apps or OneDrive Web?

    First let verify your subscription status:

    Next let try accessing OneDrive web using incognito mode to see if you still encounter the same issue:

    If you get access denied on OneDrive app, try reset OneDrive. Please refer to this site for instruction on how to do it:
