I understand you can't access OneDrive and receive the access denied screen.
Are you using OneDrive apps or OneDrive Web?
First let verify your subscription status:
- Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Confirm Microsoft 365 Family is active and your email is listed as the organizer or a family member
Next let try accessing OneDrive web using incognito mode to see if you still encounter the same issue:
- Open InPrivate / Incognito browser
- Sign in with your account in https://onedrive.live.com
If you get access denied on OneDrive app, try reset OneDrive. Please refer to this site for instruction on how to do it:
