AZ-400 Certification Passed but Certificate Not Visible Due to Multiple Email Accounts

I received the examination system check and exam access details on my email ******@gmail.com. However, after passing the examination, I received the certification-related email on a different email address.

When I log in to my Microsoft Learn account using the email address where the certification email was received, I can see under Credentials → Certifications that the AZ-400 Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions exam is marked as passed. However, I am unable to see or download the actual certification.

It appears that my exam and certification details may be associated with different email accounts. Kindly help me link the certification properly so I can view and download it from my Microsoft Learn profile.

Exams are not certifications. The AZ-400 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator or Azure Developer Associate certification.

It seems that your certification details may indeed be associated with different email accounts, which can happen if you have multiple Microsoft accounts. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Confirm Your Login Account: Ensure you are logging into the correct Microsoft Learn profile. If you have multiple accounts, try logging in with the email address where you received the certification email.
    2. Check Your Certification Dashboard: Go to your Certification Dashboard and check under the Credentials section to see if the AZ-400 certification is listed there. If it is marked as passed, you should be able to access it.
    3. Download Your Certificate: If the certification is visible but you cannot download it, follow these steps:
      • Click on the “View Certificates” button in the Certificates section of your dashboard.
      • Select the certificate you want to download and click the download option.
    4. Contact Support: If you still cannot access your certificate, it may be best to contact Microsoft Credentials Support for assistance. They can help you link your accounts or resolve any issues related to your certification visibility.

For more detailed assistance, you can refer to the official support resources provided by Microsoft.
