how to activatte apps on mac air

After deleting old ms office 2021 on my mac air book and installing newly purchased ms office 365, 2026 the apps are not getting activated. Please guide me

    Hi,

    Can you please share what is the error message when trying to activate Office?

    In the meantime, please try to uninstall it then reinstall Word through Apple Store then try to activate using the account where the Office subscription associated with, and it should proceed with the activation right away
