Hello,

I recently discovered that I had been charged for a Microsoft365 subscription that I didn’t realize was active. As soon as I noticed this, I canceled it and received a refund for the most recent charge.

Since I did not use the service during the previous months and was unaware that the subscription was still active, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could review my case and consider issuing refunds for the previous three months as well.

I apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your time and assistance.

Thank you very much.

    Hi there,

I am afraid this is a user-user support forum so we cannot offer refunds. You would need to ask Microsoft support for the refund steps.

Please get in touch with Microsoft Support for further help.

Please go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus page Type "Billing" and press Enter.

Please click on the "Contact support" button at the bottom.

Select the Product and Category for support according to your requirement.

The available support methods will be shown to you.

I hope this information is helpful. Kindly rate the thread if you have no other questions. Have a fantastic week.

To request a refund for previous months of your Microsoft 365 subscription, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support directly. Since you have already canceled the subscription and received a refund for the most recent charge, you can explain your situation to the support team. They will review your case and determine if additional refunds can be issued based on your account history.

You can reach Microsoft Billing Support by visiting their support page, signing in to your Microsoft account, and selecting the option to chat with an agent or request a call back. Make sure to provide them with all relevant details regarding your subscription and previous charges.
