Hello,

We are requesting a detailed review of our Azure – Enterprise performance metrics under Partner Location ID 6626139.

According to our report:

  • All three customer tenants meet Workloads criteria.

Partner Association Type is met (CSP/DPOR/PAL).

Net Qualified Tenants shows 1 for each eligible customer.

Usage growth is met.

However, only 1 tenant appears to be counted under Net Customer Adds, while based on the requirements, we expect all 3 to be included.

Could you please:

Confirm which specific tenants are being counted.

Explain why the remaining eligible tenants are not included in Net Customer Adds.

Provide clarification on how baseline comparison is applied in our case.

We would appreciate a manual review of the performance calculation for this partner location.

If possible, we would also welcome a call to review this live.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.Hello,

To address your request regarding the Net Customer Adds discrepancy for Partner Location ID 6626139, here are some points to consider based on the provided context:

    1. Net Customer Adds Calculation: The Net Customer Adds metric is defined as the number of eligible customers added to your customer base during the trailing 12-month period. For Azure, this includes unique customer tenants contributing at least $600 ACR (Azure Consumed Revenue) from eligible Azure services associated with specific Partner association types.
    2. Eligibility Criteria: Each net new customer contributes to points based on the number of eligible customers added. If only one tenant is counted, it may be due to not meeting the revenue threshold or other specific criteria outlined for the Azure services.
    3. Baseline Comparison: The baseline comparison for Net Customer Adds looks at the total qualifying customers with qualifying ACR in the current trailing 12 months against those in the previous trailing 12 months. If a tenant was counted in the previous period but does not meet the criteria in the current period, it may not be included in the current count.
    4. Manual Review: For a detailed review of your specific tenants and to clarify why the remaining eligible tenants are not included, it would be best to contact Microsoft Partner support directly. They can provide insights tailored to your specific situation and potentially arrange a call for a live review.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide specific tenant details or conduct a manual review myself, but I recommend reaching out to the appropriate support channels for further assistance.
