We are requesting a detailed review of our Azure – Enterprise performance metrics under Partner Location ID 6626139.

According to our report:

• All three customer tenants meet Workloads criteria.

Partner Association Type is met (CSP/DPOR/PAL).

Net Qualified Tenants shows 1 for each eligible customer.

Usage growth is met.

However, only 1 tenant appears to be counted under Net Customer Adds, while based on the requirements, we expect all 3 to be included.

Could you please:

Confirm which specific tenants are being counted.

Explain why the remaining eligible tenants are not included in Net Customer Adds.

Provide clarification on how baseline comparison is applied in our case.
