Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you accidentally marked all the inbox emails as Phishing in Outlook, it will be moved to the Junk or SPAM email folders.

To revert the changes, open the Junk e-mail folder and select the emails you want to move back to the inbox. Once selected, right-click and select Move to inbox. Or select Report > Not junk.

If you are having trouble selecting each email individually, you can click the select all option and then move all of them to your inbox.

In addition, go to Outlook email settings > Mail > Junk email > Blocked Senders and domains.

If you see any email address you want to receive emails from, remove it from the lists.

If your Inbox has stopped receiving emails after reporting phishing, it may be due to certain settings or filters that were applied. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially unblock your Inbox:

    1. Check your Blocked Senders List: Ensure that the sender's email address is not on your Blocked Senders List. You can manage this list in Outlook settings.
    2. Review your Junk Email Folder: Sometimes, legitimate emails can be mistakenly directed to the Junk folder. Check this folder to see if any expected emails are there.
    3. Adjust your Phishing Settings: If you have recently reported phishing, it might have affected your email filtering settings. Review your anti-phishing settings to ensure they are not set too aggressively.
    4. Contact your IT Support: If you are part of an organization, your IT department may have additional controls in place that could affect your email delivery. They can provide specific guidance based on your organization's policies.
    5. Check for Account Compromise: If your account was compromised, follow the steps to secure it, as outlined in the Microsoft Defender documentation.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
