log in issues
so my i cant access my business account
when i try to log in it asks for authenticator app code but i have swapped phones in the last year so i don't have the app set up , I'm getting error code AADSTS900561 , i have spoken to and been hung up on by the support number numerous times, I've even created a new account so i could access the support from but this account isn't working either so I've presently got 2 365 accounts I'm locked out of one i want to cancel and the other has all my accounts held hostage, how do i take my accounts to my accountant if I cant access them, this is starting to feel like a dystopian comedy, could someone please help im a single business owner trying to make a honest living and having to deal with this is impacting on my work income and mental health
