Tried almost everything now which has been suggested. Also run HP diagnostic for driver check and fault find.
Windows 11, version 25H2 31-01-26 Changed Text Size
Since carrying out an update on my HP H470 G10, all sorts of things are going wrong. The update was for Windows 11, version 25H2 carried out on 31-01-26? Now screen sizes are erratic, text size is all over the scale from 5 points to 24 points. App icons, are all the same and difficult to know which one i am accessing. Also my Pin number wouldn`t work and neither would my password. Managed after a lot of attempts to finally access my laptop and change my password and Pin number. I did contact Microsoft who were extremely helpful and Windows 11 was re-installed, but as soon as I switched my PC on once again everything was as previous with all sorts of faults. Despite all of the self help from recommendations unable to correct everything. Not sure now if I should carry out a Factory Reset.

As you have already reinstalled Windows 11 (I’m not sure whether you used USB installation media or an ISO file), trying a factory reset again might not be the best option.
Instead, if you haven’t already done so, try installing Windows using bootable installation media as described in the article below:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsinsider/cleaninstall
However, if you experience the same problem even after a clean installation, please check your display settings, such as Scale & layout and Display resolution.
If these are already set to the recommended values, try updating your graphics drivers. You can use the HP Support Assistant app to install updates, or visit the HP website directly, download, and install the latest drivers for your specific model, and then see if that makes any difference.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let me know
I’ll be happy to help.
