Outlook not workiong on phone

My outlook on my phone is not refreshing unless I am connected to wifi. I am constantly on the move and struggling with this.

Every other app works fine

    • If you turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data, are you able to log into your webmail through your phone’s web browser?
    • Which phone model are you using?
    • What does your email address end with (for example, @company.com or @outlook.com)?
