    3. Hit Enter.
    4. Find Microsoft Print to PDF.
    5. Uncheck it > Click OK.

    8. Check it again > Click OK.
    9. Restart and test print.

    C. Remove and add the printer manually.

    1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
    2. Click Microsoft Print to PDF
    3. Click Remove
    4. Then, click Add device
    5. If not found, click Add manually
    6. Choose, Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings
    7. Port: PORTPROMPT: (Local Port)
    8. Manufacturer: Microsoft
    9. Printer: Microsoft Print to PDF
    10. Finish the setup and try again.

    D. As an alternative printing method. Export to PDF.

    1. On Excel: File > Export > Create PDF/XPS.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,
    Jhun

The error code E02 when using Microsoft Print to PDF typically indicates an issue with the print driver or the settings used for printing. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    1. Check Printer Selection: Ensure that you have selected "Microsoft Print to PDF" as your printer in the print dialog.
    2. Restart Applications: Close Excel and any other applications that might be using the print service, then reopen them and try printing again.
    3. Update Drivers: Make sure that your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates may include fixes for printing issues.
    4. Check Print Spooler: Sometimes, restarting the Print Spooler service can resolve printing issues. You can do this by going to Services, finding Print Spooler, and restarting it.
    5. Test with a Different Document: Try printing a different document to see if the issue is specific to the file you are trying to print.
    6. Reinstall Microsoft Print to PDF: If the problem persists, you may want to remove and then reinstall the Microsoft Print to PDF feature through Windows Features.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for further assistance.
