    Hello,

Gmail is not considered a work account though.

A work account in Microsoft's definition is that the account is associated with Microsoft's commercial product, regardless of how you use the account, for personal or work.

Are you in the process of registering, or you have an existing account you try to sign in?

Power Automate requires users to sign in using a Microsoft work or school email address. If you are trying to log in with a Gmail account, this may be the reason for your login issues. As of July 27, 2025, Power Automate will no longer support personal email accounts, including Gmail. You will need to use a Microsoft work or school email address to sign in successfully.

If you are using a work email and still facing issues, ensure that your account is registered and that you have not encountered any authentication errors. If you have previously used other Microsoft online products with your work email, you should be able to sign in without issues. If problems persist, consider checking your organization's policies regarding access and authentication, as they may affect your ability to log in.
