I'm a teacher at CVO Scala, Roeselare. I'd like to validate a Windows 11 Education version and need a valid serial number. When I login with cvoscala.be on azure to verify my academic status, I receive the message "U hebt geen toegang", meaning "You do not have access".2026-02-24_11-59-02

    Hello Joan Staels

I see you're trying to validate your Windows 11 Education version but running into an access issue when logging in with your school email. This can be a bit frustrating!

Here's what you could try to resolve the "U hebt geen toegang" ("You do not have access") error:

Check Email Domain: Make sure the email you’re using is correctly associated with the educational institution and that your institution is eligible for the Windows 11 Education version. Sometimes, access issues arise from domain mismatches.

Contact Admin: Reach out to your institution’s IT administrator to ensure they have set up the Azure access for educational tools correctly for all teachers and staff. They might need to check if your account has the necessary permissions.

Microsoft Support: If everything seems correct on your end, it might be a good idea to contact Microsoft support directly for assistance regarding your academic status verification.

Documentation Review: You can also refer to the Azure Cost Management and Billing documentation to check any potential account-related issues: Plan to manage Azure costs.

If you're still facing challenges, could you provide the following details?

    • Are there other accounts with the same domain that can access this?
    • Can the IT administrator confirm the Azure setup for your institution?

    Thanks,
    Suchitra.
