    Dear Soniya Susil,

Thank you for posting your question on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

To better assist you, could you please provide a bit more information:

    • Do you know which subscription the charge might be related to?
    • Have you received any email notifications regarding this charge?
    • If yes, could you please share the Invoice ID

Additionally, you posted a question in tag education which relates to work/school account so you may verify the billing details directly in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    • Go to: https://admin.microsoft.com
    • Sign in to check all the tenants you have, as the notification might be sent from one of them.
    • Select Billing > Bills & payments to review the invoice and payment status

I hope this information helps. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to let me know.

If you have been charged for a Microsoft product that you did not subscribe to, it's important to investigate the charge. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Account: Sign in to your Microsoft account and review your subscriptions under the Services & subscriptions section. This will help you confirm if there are any active subscriptions linked to your account.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: Since this appears to be an unrecognized charge, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Customer Service directly for assistance. You can find the contact options by visiting the Microsoft Support site and selecting the appropriate category for your issue.
    3. Request a Refund: If you find that the charge was made in error, you can follow the steps provided by Microsoft to request a refund for the subscription you did not authorize. More information on how to do this can be found on their support page.
    4. Monitor Your Bank Statements: Keep an eye on your bank statements for any further unauthorized charges and report them to your bank if necessary.

By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue regarding the unauthorized charge.
