Why are two versions of excel showing on the same computer?

I use two accounts on my laptop. One for official us & other for personal.

I deleted my personal user account & created a new one because it was acting up.

After creating the new account, I noticed that Excel on both accounts are showing different version numbers & both are showing as fully updated.

On one account if I try to enter a comment it shows like this.

While the other one shows up like this.

How do I sort this out?

Vijay.

ok, in this case you can remove safely Office Pro Plus 2024

then you should repair online Office 365 product

ok, in your services page how many product do you see? if you see only Office 365 family, you can remove safely the Office Professional Plus 2024

Additional question: did your PC previously include a trial version of Office?

    Hi Vijay, Welcome in community

    first step:

    try to login here

    https://account.microsoft.com/services?refd=account.microsoft.com

what subscriptions do you see for Office Product? From here you can see if you have any active Office 365 subscription or Office 2024

This question because the first picture seems from Office 365 product, the second one seems from Office 2024 retail product (standalone)

    Let me know

    Elvis
