I purchased this game through official channels on my Xbox account. EA revoked my account without providing any specific reason. Because of this, I cannot access the game I paid for.
The automatic refund form denied my request because the game was “used,” but the issue is that the publisher blocked my account, preventing me from using it.
Under EU consumer protection law (or local consumer rights if applicable), I am entitled to a refund if access to a paid digital product is revoked without clear justification.
I request a manual refund for the game. Please escalate if necessary.
