Bookings Custom Fields not editable

In Microsoft Bookings, I created a Shared Booking page.

I completed the basic information in the Business Information tab, I have added some Staff and I created some Services.

When I edit the service, I go to Customised fields.

The checkboxes and toggle buttons highlighted in the printscreen are NOT clickable.

Also, I cannot add any new field. (there's no 'Add a custom field' link or button).

This happens to every service, under any Shared Booking page that I created so far.

What can I do about this issue ?

    Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. 

    Based on your description, the Customized Fields section in Microsoft Bookings is not interactive or editable. To assist you further, could you please provide a screenshot of the issue?

    I attempted to replicate the behavior on my end but was unable to reproduce it, as I was able to edit and add custom fields without issue.

    One thing to verify is that you are signed in with the same account that originally created the Shared Booking page. If you are logged into multiple Microsoft accounts in your browser, the session may switch between accounts, which can cause permission-related issues. 

    Additionally, please refer to this thread to check whether you are experiencing the same regression issue. If so, you may follow the instructions provided there.
