Lost account but domain exists

I have registered for Microsoft Business Basic and successfully logged in to admin.microsoft.com. After changing the primary email to an @domain email and then logging out, I lost access and cannot log in to @domain.onmicrosoft.com or to user@domain. I have already submitted a request to Microsoft support, but there has been no further troubleshooting.

    Hello @Imam San,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Forum and thank you for your question.

I know how stressful it can be to suddenly lose access after making changes to your primary email, so I’d like to help you move forward with this.

First, could you please try signing in again using an incognito/private browsing window? This helps bypass any cached credentials that might be interfering with the login attempt. Sometimes the browser keeps old session data, and trying again in a private window can resolve issues like this.

I also noticed you mentioned that you already submitted a support request. If you’ve received a ticket number for that case, could you please share it with me via a private message? That would allow me to check the status of your request and see what the next steps are or whether the support team needs any additional information from you.

Just let me know, and I’ll be happy to continue assisting.

    Kind regards,
