Hi,
Today when I was connecting to my microsoft account through moodle to access my college assignements, I used my email and password and it worked fine. It then asked me to verify my identity and I had only two options : Either 1. Enter the code displayed in the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. or 2. Approve a request on Microsoft Authenticator. The problem is when I open the Authenticator app I have my account signed in but I don't receive any code. I think the problem is that I changed my phone (which is an Iphone) to a new phone (in which I transferred all of the content of the old one) and I think maybe it still is linked to my old phone (that I don't have access to it anymore). I still have access for example to Outlook with that same email (which is an email given by a university not the email that I'm using for this message) but the problem is with the Authenticator App.
