Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @User 23,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on the details you shared that you are seeing a monthly subscription charge since June 2025 while no transactions or invoices appear in your account, and you would like to cancel. I truly understand this is concerning, and I appreciate the time you invested checking your account and providing the screenshot.
This usually happens when the subscription is linked to a different Microsoft account or email alias than the one currently used to sign in. Additionally, some subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so invoices do not appear on the Microsoft Services and subscriptions page. In some instances, a reseller or a separate billing profile was used at purchase, which prevents the charges from showing under your present sign in.
To request a correction or reissue, I recommend creating a support ticket with Microsoft’s Billing team, who can review the invoice and assist further to check your credit card charge correctly. This is the best way to ensure your request is handled securely and appropriately.
Please try these steps below to get in touch with the Billing team:
Option 1: Create support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- First, sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your admin account; if you don’t have access, please contact your IT administrator for support.
- Next, open Help & Support by selecting the green button on the dashboard, so the support panel appears.
- Finally, search and submit your request by entering “I need to check a subscription charge fee and I want to cancel the subscription,” then choose your contact method, time zone, and language, add details and any attachments, and click Contact me (a callback can help faster).
- Please keep Tenant Name, Primary Domain, Global Admin Email, and payment proof (transaction ID or screenshot) ready.
The support team may be able to reissue the invoice depending on your account type and region.
Option 2: Reach out to Microsoft support via phone
Moreover, if you cannot sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center, please contact Microsoft Support via phone number: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support - Select your country/region own phone number for support.
