A fully managed end-to-end service for digitally signing code, documents, and applications. (formerly Trusted Signing)
If you're unable to log in to the Azure Portal because the account linked to your authenticator app isn't receiving notifications or approvals, there are a few steps you can take:
- Alternative Sign-In Methods: Check if you have any alternative methods to sign in besides the Authenticator app. If available, try using those methods.
- Reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): If you are part of an organization and have an admin, ask them to reset your MFA settings. They can do this through the Microsoft Entra Admin Center by navigating to Users > All Users, selecting your account, and requiring re-registration for MFA.
- Contact Support: If you are the only administrator and cannot access your account, you may need to contact Microsoft support directly. They have processes in place to help users regain access to their accounts when locked out due to MFA issues.
- Reinstalling the App: While you've already tried reinstalling the app, ensure that you have followed all necessary steps to set it up again, including scanning the QR code if prompted.
- Check for Updates: Ensure that your mobile device and the Authenticator app are updated to the latest version, as updates can sometimes resolve issues with notifications.
If these steps do not resolve your issue, contacting Microsoft support would be the best course of action to regain access to your account.
