Dear Microsoft Service Team, I trust all is well

I am kindly requesting for assistance as we order through our distributor under Agreement Number V7839059 office 365 Licenses and we used email <Mod remove PII> @enkoeducation.com but unfortunately we cannot use the licenses since we didn't have O365 account.

We created an O365 account which was approved under Education <Mod remove PII> @enkobotho.onmicrosoft.com

We are kindly requesting you to move our Agreement V7839059 to <Mod remove PII> @enkobotho.onmicrosoft.com so we can be able to access and use the license.

Thank you

To move your Office 365 licenses from one account to another, you typically need to contact your distributor or Microsoft support directly, as they handle the agreements and licensing transfers. Since you have created a new Office 365 account under a different domain, it's important to ensure that your new account is set up correctly to receive the licenses.

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Contact Your Distributor: Reach out to the distributor through whom you purchased the licenses. They may have specific procedures for transferring licenses between accounts.
    2. Microsoft Support: If your distributor cannot assist, you can contact Microsoft support directly for help with moving your agreement and licenses to the new account. They will guide you through the process.
    3. Documentation: Be prepared to provide documentation, such as your agreement number and details about both accounts, to facilitate the transfer.

It's crucial to act quickly to ensure that your licenses are properly assigned to the new account so you can access them without further delay.
