You people are terrible. I need help and I can’t get anybody to help me. I need to speak to a live rep by chat or phone now.

I need to speak to a representative all morning now by chat or preferably by phone. I’m having trouble with a charge that you tried to make on my card this morning and you told me nothing about what it was for so I had to reject it. I’m trying to speak with a representative and you can’t help me. Microsoft sucks you think you’re the technology kings when you can’t let anybody with responsibility speak to your customers. This is just plain out wrong.

Then if necessary use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

I understand your frustration in trying to reach a live representative at Microsoft regarding the charge issue. Here are some steps you can take to connect with support:

    1. Visit the Microsoft Support Website: Go to the official Microsoft Support site and search for "Get Help".
    2. Contact Support: Type "Chat with an agent" in the search bar and follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.
    3. Phone Support: If you prefer phone support, you can leave your phone number for them to call you back.

If you are experiencing issues with a charge, it's important to address it directly with customer support to resolve the matter efficiently.
