Hi, I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

The "Microsoft Print to PDF" PDF printer does not have an option to set custom paper sizes, you will need to use a third-party PDF printer to achieve this custom paper size.

CutePDF is a free PDF printer option that allows setting a custom paper size, download it at the link below:

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

During the installation, it will ask to install another software; it is needed to make CutePDF work. Select yes to install.

To set the custom paper size, select the CutePDF Writer printer > Printer Properties > Advanced... > On "Paper Size", select Postscript Custom Page Size > Set the page size dimension > OK > OK > OK.

To create a custom page size for the PDF printer in Windows 11, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Open the Print Settings: Go to the Control Panel and select "Devices and Printers". Find the PDF printer you are using (like Microsoft Print to PDF).
    2. Access Printer Preferences: Right-click on the PDF printer and select "Printer properties" or "Printing preferences".
    3. Create a Custom Paper Size: In the preferences window, look for an option related to paper size or page setup. You may find an option to create a new custom size. Here, you can specify the dimensions of 9 inches high by 6 inches wide.
    4. Save the Custom Size: After entering the dimensions, save the new paper size. Make sure to apply the changes.
    5. Use the Custom Size: When you print to the PDF printer, select your newly created custom page size from the list of available sizes.

Note: The exact steps may vary depending on the specific PDF printer driver you are using. If the printer supports user-defined paper sizes, you can typically customize it through the printer's settings as described above.
