Question

I just found two devices linked to our family 365 account - I tried to look at recent activity and it only showed me the last few days and not 30 days -how can I find the last 30 days or more?

I am going through a divorce and these devices are my husbands and I think he may have been watching all my emails is that likely if they are linked? He had no reason to link the devices and I have never used them but he set up the accounts.

I have removed them and changed the password.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello !

You're right : the Recent activity page only shows up to 30 days of account activity. You cannot change this setting on your Microsoft account.
However, changing your password will log out all devices connected to your Microsoft account, regardless of what they are.

Since you have changed your password, if there were any unauthorized devices connected to your account, they will no longer be there.

To view the activity of devices linked to your Microsoft 365 account over the last 30 days, you can access the Microsoft 365 Reports dashboard. Here’s how you can do it:

1. In the admin center, go to the Reports > Usage page.
2. From the dashboard homepage, select the specific product (like OneDrive or Email) to see detailed reports.
3. You can view activity trends over the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 180 days. However, if you select a particular day in the report, it will show data for up to 28 days from the current date, not the date the report was generated.

Regarding your concern about whether your husband could have accessed your emails, if the devices were linked to your account, it is possible that he could have viewed your emails and other activities. Since you have removed the devices and changed the password, this should help secure your account moving forward.
