There is currently a problem with devices linked to the Microsoft account appearing in the Devices section even though the device is correctly linked, it is a server side problem, if you go to this direct link on your account, are you able to find the associated Bitlocker Key.
After entering Microsoft account got an error, then device vanished
Greetings,
My device has broken down and I can no longer turn it on. Dell support has dispatched a technician who will replace the mainboard. And here we have a problem.
When I was told by the technician that replacing the mainboard will trigger Bitlocker protection, I went into Microsoft account to try and view the Bitlocker keys.
I Logged in and saw my device but got an error that "Something went wrong..", after a refresh, my device is no longer visible.
So if my device isn't visible, I cannot view the Bitlocker keys. If I can't view the keys, I won't be able to access my files after the mainboard replacement. How do I get those keys back into my account management?
The Dell Technician has kindly allowed me a few days before the mainboard is replaced, but I need those keys. I don't see an option on the website to submit a support ticket.
I have repeatedly tried to sign in and out of the Microsoft account, but device isn't there anymore.

I think Microsoft can’t recover a missing key.
