Bought Microsoft Office 2024. Got message to reactive Microsoft 363. Uninstalled reinstall. Still reactive messages

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 on 4th Feb. After installation when opening Word/Powerpoint etc. I kept getting message to reactive my purchase for Microsoft 365. I was told to uninstall all, so Microsoft 365 as well, and reinstall Office 2024 which I did. For a week everything worked well.

Now when I open Word/Excel etc. I'm left with most functions disabled. This time I'm told Microsoft 365 which I purchased in 01/01/2023 needs to be 'Manage/Resubscribe'.

I uninstalled Office 2024 again today but now I'm not able to reinstall it as under 'Purchase history' it says I've made no purchases in the last 3 months. I'm unable to work as I don't have the packages I need. Frustrating.

I've looked in the account where I purchased Office 2024. No purchases listed.

    Hi Sonia,

You should see your active installation at https://account.microsoft.com/services from where you can install Office.User's image

I've deleted Office 2024. How do I reinstall it as it's showing I've made no purchases in the last 3 months. Can you send me a link please? Thanks

    Hi,

Remove all the office installations using the steps below - 2024 and 365 both.

    1. Select the button below to start the uninstall troubleshooter.

    Uninstall

    1. Click Open if you get a pop-up window indicating This site is trying to open Get Help.
    2. Follow the prompts on the remaining screens and when prompted, restart your computer.

Then, try installing Office 2024 again, and kindly let me know.
