I am unable to send emails from Outlook or eM Client, despite trying all possible SMTP configurations. When I am trying to send an email, the log indicates: 08:45:42.845|052| SMTP S: 550 5.7.1 Connection from 47.18.131.156 refused. In other words, the server communicates to eM Client that your IP address was blocked from sending the email via SMTP.

    Hello

Your email service IP is in the blacklist maintained by Spamhaus. Contact your email service provider, let them know. They need to tighten outbound spam filter to improve their IP reputation, and that usually would allow the IP to be unblocked. User's image

The error message you are encountering, "550 5.7.1 Connection from 47.18.131.156 refused," indicates that your IP address has been blocked from sending emails via SMTP. This can happen for several reasons, including being flagged for sending spam or other malicious activities.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check if your IP is on a blocklist: Use a third-party service like MXToolbox to see if your IP address is listed on any spam blocklists. If it is, you will need to follow the procedures to request removal from the blocklist.
    2. Review your email sending practices: Ensure that you are not sending unsolicited emails or exceeding sending limits, as this can lead to your IP being blocked.
    3. Contact your email service provider: If you believe this is a mistake, reach out to your email service provider for assistance in unblocking your IP address.
    4. Consider using a different SMTP server: If the issue persists, you might want to try using a different SMTP server or service that is not blocked.

Following these steps should help you troubleshoot and resolve the issue with sending emails.
