I can't receive emails in Outlook from a domain or adress

I can't receive emails in Outlook from the domain @CipSoft GmbH . I need to received so I can pass the two factor authentication. They are sent from the address: ******@tibia.com or ******@tibia.com

    Hello,

    Tibia.com domain is not compliant when it comes to dmarc and dkim configuration. Please send this back to their support. They need to fix it in order for Microsoft to accept their incoming emails.
