How to reinstall MS365.

Greetings, I bought and installed MS365 purchasing thru Amazon from a seller identified as <Mod remove PII> @gmail. After I downloaded the software (and all seemed normal) i was trying to solve a problem with the printer attached to the laptop. After i downloaded an install file from Hp MY laptop and all of my Office apps locked up. After much effort I removed the offending file. MS365 would still not work correctly so I removed all of the files, thinking a simple reinstall would fix the solutions. I have gone to the office portal and now attempting to use 2 different accounts cannot get Ms365 reloaded back to my Laptop... my two accounts (thanks to the seller are <Mod remove PII>14907 @best365.me and <Mod remove PII>14796 @best365.me.....can anyone help me get to tech help support after 2 hours i cannot reach MS 365 Office Customer Service.....

    Hello

    I am sorry, a seller from a gmail.com contact is a major red flag - that's not official channel you purchased from, so Microsoft cannot really support that.

    Are you also saying, the log in information was provided by the seller, not your own?
