Forced to buy 2 new computers at home because neither could support WIndows 11. This turns out to be the worst Windows operating system I have ever had to use - I was an early IT developer and use DOS, CPM and all the old Windows variants.

Barely anything works properly and its full of unwanted and unneeded rubbish and software. I dont want nor need to go into detail as they are surely aware of all the problems they care causing. If you screw something up you then ..................

I think there must be a case for a class action against Microsoft for all the money they have forced people to spend - for a much worse experience. We are going backwards rapidly. I believe Denmark (I think) is going to Linux altogether - a smart move as Microsoft is not interested in its customers it seems.

Once we had the new computers (about a month before we had to) M/S decided to continue support for Wndows 10 f/o/c/ !!!! Too late for us - we definitely did NOT otherwise need to change them.

It sounds like you're experiencing significant frustration with Windows 11 and the transition from Windows 10. Many users have expressed concerns about the changes and challenges associated with the new operating system, especially regarding compatibility and performance issues.

Microsoft has indicated that Windows 10 will continue to receive support with monthly security updates until October 14, 2025, which might have been a viable option for you had you known about it earlier. Additionally, the final version of Windows 10 is 22H2, and it will still be supported until the end of its lifecycle.

If you're considering alternatives, it's worth noting that some organizations and users are exploring options like Linux for their operating systems, especially if they find that Windows does not meet their needs or expectations. However, transitioning to a different operating system can also come with its own set of challenges and learning curves.

For specific issues with Windows 11, it may be beneficial to reach out to Microsoft support or check community forums for troubleshooting tips and potential solutions to improve your experience with the OS.
