I have tried logging in, chatting with support, calling the phone support, going to the manage section of my account, etc. And keep getting rejected or redirected, and for the life of me I am not able to cancel my Microsoft 365 business standard subscription for [Moderator note: personal info removed] that is $14.05 per month. Can someone from Microsoft please help me cancel this recurring charge.

this is what it says when I try to log into the admin console

Switch to an account that has permission

Your account doesn't have permission to view or manage this page

Login is not supported for consumer users without business presence.

The problem is there's only one account ([Moderator note: personal info removed]) so it seems to be in some sort of loop and now I can't get the issue resolved

didn't work because for whatever reason the email that I signed up with and that I received the billing emails to which is [Moderator note: personal info removed] the admin console webpage is saying I don't have access

To cancel your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription, you need to ensure that you are following the correct steps based on your billing account type. Since you have one license, you should be able to cancel your subscription online through the Microsoft 365 admin center. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your admin account.
    2. Navigate to the Billing section.
    3. Select Your Products.
    4. Find your Microsoft 365 Business Standard subscription and select Manage.
    5. Look for the option to Cancel Subscription.

If you are unable to cancel the subscription through the admin center, it may be necessary to turn off recurring billing first. You can do this by:

    • Going to the Billing section.
    • Selecting Your Products.
    • Finding your subscription and turning off the recurring billing option.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft support directly for assistance. You can contact them through the support links provided in the Context.
